Pittsburgh Cultural Trust

While the Trust operates several main events annually and hundreds of smaller engagements, the organization did not have a consistent understanding of who was attending its various events, what their demographic profiles were or how they might be further improved.

 

CorCom, Inc. developed a standardized questionnaire and online reporting tool that allowed the Trust to view the results from any single event and compare them to any other events the Trust offers—on any combination of variables.  The feedback process allowed them to better understand their target market and easily track differences in events from year-to-year.
